Grounding allows us to step into the new season with confidence, reducing stress, improving mental clarity, enhancing emotional balance, and providing a greater sense of stability. This event is designed to offer you the tools and experiences to achieve these benefits, helping you approach the new season with a calm, centred mindset.

Using a mix of resistance band and bodyweight exercises, our dynamic session hosted by The PeTitePT is designed to invigorate you, get the blood pumping, and all those good endorphins flowing. - Empowering Life Coaching Workshop:
After the workout, dive into a thought-provoking life coaching workshop. Here, you’ll explore strategies for cultivating resilience in your daily life along with looking at your wellbeing and self-care in a holistic way. Life coach Rachael Shorten will guide you through exercises and discussions that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to take on whatever life throws your way. - Guided Meditation:
End the morning with a peaceful guided meditation session. This is your time to relax, breathe deeply, and connect with your inner self. Meditation is a powerful tool for fostering resilience, helping you to centre your thoughts, reduce stress, and approach life with a calm, focused mind. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practising for years, this session will provide the perfect balance to your morning.
Preparing for the Event
To make the most of your experience, consider setting an intention before the event.
